The fee serves as a qualification filter and protects the company from non-serious enquiries, speculative information requests and unnecessary use of management time.
Applicable fee: Private Enquiry Review & Consultation Fee — 1 000 €.
Payment of this fee does not guarantee acceptance into the private capital engagement process. It covers enquiry review, applicant qualification, administrative handling and, where appropriate, an initial private response or consultation scheduling.
The engagement retainer applies only if the applicant is accepted for further private capital engagement after the initial paid review.
It covers applicant qualification, controlled access preparation, management time, non-public material preparation, technical-commercial review, negotiation preparation and approved meeting-related handling.
International travel, accommodation, local transport, interpretation, security and special arrangements are included only within the approved engagement scope or quoted separately before execution.
